We all have that time in our lives when we wished we had a manual on how to be happy everyday! Granted there's one main way to be happy all the time... it's called doing what you WANT!
Sounds simple enough right?
For some it may be the most difficult thing ever. I was doing my daily reading and ran across this article called " 12 Mini Habits to Get into that will make Your Overall Days Better". I thought this was cool to share because most of the things on this list will help with keeping your momentum going. I will be honest, a few were a little not my style so I added my own.
1. Before you go to bed, tell yourself, I will wake up at_____.
2. Put your alarm on the other side of the room
3.Drink a Liter of water once you wake up
4.Look in the mirror and give yourself a pep talk
6. Be grateful what you do have and don't dwell on what you don't
7. Meditate/ Pray
8.Make a schedule. Do the most important thing first
10. Sweat/ Workout
12. Communicate with a mentor.
Try it for a week and see how it works.
