Rapper G-Eazy is turning his rapping into acting for a new short film!
In the short film, the rapper will be portraying hip-hop promoter Antonio Salvatore Servidio (a.k.a. Johnny Russo).
The film is called Tunnel Vision and will be loosely based on the life of Servidio, from meeting Tupac Shakur and Mac Dre in the early '90s, to selling firearms illegally, to serving time in prison.
It will show how the show promoter rebuilt his life as a successful real estate broker before "the feds seized over 6 million in assets," owing to a ponzi scheme allegedly set up by Servidio's lawyer.
Director Sarah B downey dubs the film a modern day "Catch me if you can"vs. "The Wolf of Wall Street".
